Fire Prevention Week
Master Sgt. Tim Olson and his family speak with Staff Sgt. Guy Carriveau, a 100th Civil Engineer Squadron firefighter, about fire safety awareness at the Base Exchange during the “Fire Prevention Week” kick-off Oct. 5, 2008, at RAF Mildenhall, England. Fire prevention week helps educate servicemembers and their families about the importance of fire safety. For the rest of the week, firefighters will be handing out helpful information and performing demonstrations of techniques on what to do in case of an emergency.
