The latest addition to the 100th Air Refueling Wing’s fleet of KC-135 Stratotankers stands in the hangar Oct. 21, 2015, on RAF Mildenhall, England. The “Square D” decal, together with RAF Mildenhall’s station patch and heritage emblem – showing nine stars designed to acknowledge and represent the original nine KC-135s stationed at RAF Mildenhall from May to September 1992 – was placed on the tail of a tanker reassigned from McConnell Air Force Base, Kan., to the 100th Air Refueling Wing’s fleet.
