100th LRS refuels mission
U.S. Air Force Staff Sgt. Jonathan Watson, 100th Logistics Readiness Squadron Fuels Service Center controller from West Frankfort, Ill., dispatches a refuel operation April 22, 2014, on RAF Mildenhall, England. Watson takes fuel requests from the mission operations control centers and coordinates fuels operations on the flightline. MOCC is the main focal point for all flightline operations. They control the whole scope of the flying mission from the ground. They also communicate directly with the crews for fuel requests, the 100th Maintenance Squadron Aerospace Ground Equipment requests, and transient aircraft requests.
