Airman streamlines mission

Shannon Brooks, 100th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron production expeditor from Folio, Calif., checks for servicing requirements on a KC-135 Stratotanker Feb. 19, 2014, on RAF Mildenhall, England. Brooks improved the wash rack program by establishing a team structure, ensuring the wash teams had transportation and adequate tools, and he also implemented a 30-day wash cycle.
