Team Mildenhall members work up a sweat

Team Mildenhall Airmen run 1.5 miles for their physical fitness assessment Jan. 30, 2014, at the Hardstand Fitness Center on RAF Mildenhall, England. The Air Force uses an overall composite score and minimum scores based on aerobic fitness, body composition and muscular fitness components to determine overall fitness. The assessment components are comprised of abdominal circumference measurements, 1.5 mile timed run, and pushups and situps completed within one minute.
