Firefighters learn lifesaving skills

Members of the 100th Civil Engineer Squadron Fire Department respond during a training exercise Nov. 20, 2013, at the fire training facility on RAF Mildenhall, England. During the training, firefighters used a PyroLance. The tool’s ultra high pressure (approximately 2,000 pounds per square inch) creates smaller water droplets with a minimal amount of water to produce a greater capability of absorbing heat from a fire.
