100th MXS keeps aircraft in order

U.S. Air Force Senior Airman Christopher Francis, 100th Maintenance Squadron aircraft hydraulics systems journeyman from Rockville, Md., disassembles a C-130 brake in order to overhaul it and ensure it’s serviceable to be reused on an aircraft Nov. 1, 2013, on RAF Mildenhall, England. The 100th MXS hydraulics backshop personnel’s main role is to overhaul parts for all the aircraft on RAF Mildenhall. The shop is the only overseas repair center that overhauls aerial refueling boom assemblies, making them crucial in the tanker mission. (U.S. Air Force photo by Gina Randall/Released)
