High sheriffs visit Team Mildenhall

U.S. Air Force Col. Kenneth T. Bibb Jr., right, 100th Air Refueling Wing commander, addresses local high sheriffs Oct. 23, 2013, on RAF Mildenhall, England. The high sheriffs learned about the 100th ARW mission, its units, tenant units and how they fit together. Bibb explained how the mission affects the local community.
