Base leadership learns followership
U.S. Air Force Chief Master Sgt. William Markham, 352nd Special Operations Group command chief, counts out nine push-ups Aug. 29, 2013, before a final silent memorial pushup to remember and honor fallen Airmen after the Chiefs vs. Eagles Monster Mash at Heritage Park on RAF Mildenhall, England. Team Mildenhall commanders competed against chief master sergeants to complete several challenges. Base leaders gained a better sense of teamwork, leadership and followership while working together to overcome the challenges in the monster mash.
