Base leadership learns followership
U.S. Air Force Chief Master Sgt. Scott Knupp, left, 100th Civil Engineer Squadron fire chief, and U.S. Air Force Chief Master Sgt. Tracy Jones, 100th Air Refueling Wing command chief, carry an 8-foot, 200-pound section of dunnage Aug. 29, 2013, during the Chiefs vs. Eagles Monster Mash at Heritage Park on RAF Mildenhall, England. Base leadership overcame several challenges including a jerry can carry, an all-terrain vehicle pull and a forklift-tire flip. The monster mash encouraged base leadership to work together and promoted teamwork, leadership and followership. (U.S. Air Force photo by Airman 1st Class Preston Webb/Released)
