100th ARW Airmen swap shops
Airmen from the 100th Air Refueling Wing attend an in-prossessing brief upon their arrival during a tail swap Aug. 27, 2014, on Moron Air Base, Spain. Aircrew and mainteance Airmen assigned to the 100th ARW perform tail swaps reguarly, which refers to when tail numbers on aircraft paperwork are literally swapped and those Airmen who are deployed to Moron AB return home, helping promote higher morale and mission effectiveness.
