MC-130H Combat Talon II departure

The final MC-130H Combat Talon II assigned to the 7th Special Operations Squadron departs RAF Mildenhall Jan. 8, 2015, thus ending its tenure as a special operations aircraft at the United Kingdom air base. Its departure marks the final step of Special Operations Command Europe's transition from the Talon II to the CV-22 Osprey. The MC-130H, tail number 0195, is the last of its kind to leave the European theater. Much like the 7th SOS, the MC-130H Talon II has a rich legacy.
