100th MSG kicks off new job shadow program

U.S. Air Force Col. David Avila, 100th Mission Support Group commander, searches for a package for a customer during a job shadow event April 14, 2015, at the post office on RAF Mildenhall, England. The 100th MSG job shadow program is scheduled to be held monthly and allows an Airman from a squadron within the 100th MSG to spend a day with the commander. It provides an opportunity for Airmen to gain a greater perspective of the 100th MSG mission and show them how their role ties in with the mission of the group, the 100th Air Refueling Wing and U.S. Air Forces in Europe.
