A tail of two ‘cities’: Tanker joins ranks of 100th ARW heritage, becomes ‘Square-D Away’
U.S. Air Force Staff Sgt. Adam Denham, 100th Maintenance Squadron aircraft structural maintenance craftsman, uses a boom lift to place the “D” decal on top of a black square to form the “Square D” on the tail of a KC-135 Stratotanker Oct. 21, 2015, on RAF Mildenhall, England. The jet, formerly from McConnell Air Force Base, Kan., has been reassigned to RAF Mildenhall and underwent a full isochronal inspection. The jet has now been repainted and given the Square D markings. (U.S. Air Force photo by Karen Abeyasekere/Released)
