100th CES performs alignment on tanker, keeps mission on track

U.S. Air Force Senior Airman Abigail Slater, left, and U.S. Air Force Airman 1st Class Brandon Adams, both 100th Civil Engineer Squadron engineering flight journeymen, establish an exact vertical point from the front of the aircraft using a plum bob Nov. 23, 2015, on RAF Mildenhall, England. The 100th CES Airmen marked a selection of vertical points from the front to the back of a KC-135 Stratotanker, and again by each set of wheels to perform an alignment check. The check was done to search for any shift of alignment which, if left untreated, could affect the aircraft in flight. (U.S. Air Force photo by Karen Abeyasekere/Released)
