67th SOS, 48th FW train to track, target, destroy

U.S. Air Force Senior Airman Jeremie Anderson, left, 67th Special Operations Squadron MC-130J Commando II loadmaster, and U.S. Air Force Capt. Todd Bourgeois, 67th SOS Wing Executive Officer and Aircraft Commander, inspect LUU-4/B flares during a training mission Sept. 8, 2015, over the North Sea. The 67th SOS and the 48th Fighter Wing organized the two-day mission in order to provide realistic targeting training for F-15 pilots. Although the primary use of the flares are for search and rescue missions, instead they were used for targeting practice due to their upcoming expiration date. (U.S. Air Force photo by Tech. Sgt.
