Senior Airman Luke Milano, 100th Air Refueling Wing photojournalist, disposes of waste in one of the external bins provided by the 100th Civil Engineer Squadron Recycling Center at RAF Mildenhall, England, Sept. 11, 2019. The recycling center provides external bins, labels, collect, transport and processes materials in the hopes of diverting waste from landfills. In fiscal year 2019, RAF Mildenhall is on pace to separate approximately 450 tons of waste for recycling which will generate about $40,000 for base projects.
