Spangdahlem practices ACE
U.S. Air Force Staff Sgt. Justin Cwalinski, 52nd Aircraft Maintenance Squadron aerospace propulsion craftsman, prepares to recover an F-16 Fighting Falcon at Spangdahlem Air Base, Germany, Dec. 17, 2019. A small team of Airmen recovered and launched multiple F-16s during a Agile Combat Employment exercise. ACE allows U.S. Air Forces in Europe to operate from various locations, with varying levels of capacity and support, to ensure Airmen are postured to deliver lethal combat power.
