USAFE to CENTCOM, 100th ARW Airmen provide vital DoD support

A line of mobility bags sit outside the 100th Operations Group building after Airmen return from a deployment to support U.S. Central Command forces involved in Operation Octave Quartz Feb. 1, 2021, at Royal Air Force Mildenhall, England. Airmen from the Bloody Hundredth provided vital support for the movement of Department of Defense assets including the relocation of US forces in Somalia. During the deployment, 100th Air Refueling Wing aircraft and Airmen offloaded 2.29 million pounds of fuel to 228 receivers and conducted more than 47 missions for a total of 258.8 hours.
