U.S. Airmen assigned to the 100th Air Refueling Wing discuss safety measures before a refueling mission during exercise Castle Forge at Royal Air Force Mildenhall, England, Nov. 1, 2021. The ability to quickly respond and reassure allies and partners rests upon the U.S. Air Force’s forward and ready presence in Europe. In addition to F-15 Eagle aircraft operations in the Black Sea Region, Castle Forge encompasses the USAFE-wide Agile Combat Employment capstone event.
