RAFM firefighters conduct confined-space training to sharpen skills
Firefighter Eddie Brant, 100th Civil Engineer Squadron Fire Department, rappels down into a confined space as other firefighters ensure he is securely attached and safe, during a training exercise at Royal Air Force Mildenhall, England, April 14, 2022. The scenario involved a teenager (simulated by a mannequin) who fell and was injured after climbing down into a facility. While climbing down to rescue the victim, another firefighter simulated also falling after slipping on a broken step, so Brant had to complete the rescue. (U.S. Air Force photo by Karen Abeyasekere)
