351st ARS patching ceremony
U.S. Air Force Airmen assigned to the 351st Air Refueling Squadron stand together at the 100th Bomb Group Memorial Museum after a patching ceremony, Thorpe Abbotts, England, June 9, 2023. The tradition of the patching ceremony dates back to World War II and the “Buzzard” patch was worn by members of the 351st Bomb Squadron who were assigned to Thorpe Abbotts at that time.
