David Russell, 100th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron electrical and environmental systems shift lead, describes to the Royal Air Force cadets from the 158th Braintree Squadron, how a KC-135 Stratotanker aircraft refuels aircraft through the use of a boom at RAF Mildenhall, England, July 26, 2023. The cadets were given the opportunity to observe the boom on a KC-135 aircraft to gain a better understanding on the aerial refueling process.
