An RC-135 Rivet Joint assigned to the 95th Reconnaissance Squadron approaches a KC-135 Stratotanker assigned to the 351st Air Refueling Squadron over Norway, Jan. 22, 2025. The 351st ARS provided aerial refueling to the Rivet Joint, which is an intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance platform that provides near real-time on-scene intelligence to all U.S. and partner nations’ forces throughout the U.S. European Command area of responsibility.
