The military demands, among other traits, adaptability and resilience of its service members and their families. A prime example of this is the ability to continue the mission and have their lives in order, while being tasked to move from one duty station to the next. Some will say moving is exciting and refreshing, but maybe with an undertone of stress and anxiety.
