Duty Title: CV-22 Osprey resource advisor
Time in Service: 16 years
Time at Mildenhall: 1 year, 10 months

Core Value Portrayed: Integrity First
Why is serving in the Air Force important to you?
Being part of the Air Force Special Operations Command
family for 16 years has allowed me to work with the most amazing people while
doing the most amazing things. I’ve been
on many back-to-back deployments, but being with such great people has made
serving in the Air Force worth every year.
What accomplishment during
your Air Force career are you most proud of?
Being a part of the initial Cannon Air Force Base standup and being selected to
marshal in the first CV-22 Osprey to the base with the AFSOC commander onboard in
front of key city officials.
What are your personal and/or professional goals?
My immediate personal goal is setting myself
up to retire at 20 years of active duty service and be financially stable. My professional goal is to complete my Community College of the Air Force degree and make master sergeant.
What is your favorite part of your job?
Being outside
my primary career field as a tiltrotor mechanic, and managing the squadron’s
finances as the resource advisor, has truly opened my eyes to all the things that
happen behind the scenes to make the mission happen.
How does the individual portray that core value?
"Tech. Sgt. Cirioni is the
squadron resource advisor and his position deals with large amounts of money
and resources," said Master Sgt. Carlton Wilson, 352nd SOMXS Commander's Support Staff section chief. "He's in a
prime position to guard against fraud, waste and abuse. Moreover, Tech. Sgt. Cirioni is in a key position to advise
the squadron commander on resource availability, constraints, and
requests."
"On top of that, it's his
responsibility to review the squadron’s Defense Travel System and Government
Travel Card reports and to identify potential misuse. Integrity is at the core of the position Sergeant
Cirioni holds and a great understanding and application of “Integrity First” is
imperative to the success of his mission in our squadron," Wilson said.
