“I joined the Air Force when I was 18 years old. I was a new Airman and I didn’t know what I was doing. When I was 19 years old, I met this now–senior master sergeant, who took me under her wing and taught me everything I know today. She made me who I am. Without her, I might still have been that lost and misguided person. My advice is to be those mentors who takes Airmen under their wings. They’ll appreciate it later on.” – Staff Sgt.
