A KC-135 assigned to the 351st Air Refueling Wing flew over Omaha Beach, as well as Picaulville, France during a Memorial Day Ceremony. The flyover was to honor Charles Norman Shay who served during the D-Day first wave attack, but also it celebrated Picaulville being one of the first towns to be liberated by Allied Forces after D-Day.
