Mildenhall Airman passes away after vehicle accident

Staff Sgt Bradly Ring, a maintenance technician with the 95th Reconnaissance Squadron, died April 2 in a two-car vehicle accident on Mildenhall Road near the Shippea Hill train station. The driver of the other vehicle was also killed in the crash.

"We are deeply saddened by this tragedy," said Col. Chad Manske, 100th Air Refueling Wing commander. "Bradly was a valued member of Team Mildenhall, and his untimely death touches all the personnel at the surrounding bases. Our thoughts and prayers go out to the family and friends affected by this heartbreaking event."

The cause of the crash is currently under investigation by the Cambridgeshire police.
