100th ARW refuels German Tornado aircraft over Germany

A U.S. Air Force KC-135 Stratotanker aircraft assigned to the 100th Air Refueling Wing, Royal Air Force Mildenhall, refueled German air force Tornado aircraft over Germany Aug. 2. 

Conducting air refueling training with an ally like Germany improves readiness to respond to threats within the European area of responsibility. Cooperation between the air forces of NATO allies contributes to maintaining a stable security environment.
