Post office Holiday hours and information announced

The following information was provided by the RAF Mildenhall Post Office. - The post office will be closed Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Year's Day.

- Outbound mailing (financial services), from now through Dec. 11, will be open Mondays through Fridays from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., and by appointment only from 8 to 8:30 a.m. It will be open from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturdays, and closed Sundays.
Outbound Mailing will resume normal operating hours Dec. 14.

- Parcel pick-up window will be open Mondays through Fridays from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., and from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturdays from now through Dec. 23, and will resume normal hours Dec. 28.

- "Mail By" dates for getting packages to theĀ U.S. before Dec. 25 are as follows: Space Available - Nov. 27: Parcel post - Dec.4; priority and first class - Dec. 11, and Express Dec. 18.

Holiday mailing appointments can be set for those mailing five or more packages. To set up an appointment, call DSN 238-5157.
