Blood brothers, sisters in arms
RAF MILDENHALL, England -- Army Spc. Francis Koroma, Landstuhl Regional Medical Center U.S. Army Europe Blood Donor Center medic, uses iodine to sterilize the arm of blood donor, Tech. Sgt. Ian Reed, 100th Logistics Readiness Squadron, before drawing his blood during the Armed Services Blood Program Blood Drive here Sept. 13, 2011. These donations are used for patients of all ages for many reasons. Donations can give sick or injured troops and their families a second chance at life.
