Squadron change of command Published June 11, 2007 By 020607 RAF MILDENHALL, England -- The 100th Maintenance Squadron at RAF Mildenhall will conduct a change of command ceremony June 12 at 10 a.m. Maj. John Franklin will relinquish command of the 100th MXS to Maj. Paul Pethel. Maj. Pethel comes to RAF Mildenhall from Eielson Air Force Base, Alaska, where he was the maintenance operations officer. Maj. Franklin departs RAF Mildenhall for Little Rock Air Force Base, Ark., to become the 314th Airlift Wing's maintenance squadron commander.
