  • Team Mildenhall’s ‘Diamonds’ donate toys during holiday season

    Team Mildenhall's first sergeants donated toys to local Mildenhall families in need, Dec. 7. The first sergeants delivered approximately $4,500 worth of toys to a local Mildenhall town community center, which will distribute them to children in the surrounding communities over the holiday season.
  • 100th AMXS shares maintenance expertise during student visit

    The 100th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron hosted a group of engineering students from West Suffolk College Feb. 6, 2020, at RAF Mildenhall, England. The future engineers visited the 100th AMXS to learn about maintenance practices used by the squadron.

  • Repatriation of a WWII U.S. Army Air Forces dog tag

Ed Stanley, RAF armourer and RAF military contact for Fuller pose in front of the 388th Bombardment Group (Heavy), 8th AF memorial with a WWII U.S. Army Air Forces dog tag that was found while metal detecting on the former RAF Knettishall (US Air Base 136) near Knettishall, U.K., Aug. 12, 2016. This repatriation of the service member's dog tag marked the official receipt from the RAF to the USAF on behalf of the surviving USAAF service member who was assigned to the 388th BG, 8th AF and is currently living in Louisiana.
